New residences are available for a one-time, partially refundable membership fee and an ongoing monthly fee. The entrance fees will vary depending on the size of the residence.
Residents of Cardinal Place pay a one-time membership fee which is 80% refundable to the resident or their family when they move from their residence and the residence is reoccupied.
Residents also pay a monthly service fee to pay for the upkeep and on-going maintenance of the property.
